By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as detailed below:Placing Orders with Far 5

Orders can be placed via this website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When an order is placed you are offering to buy the selected item for the price stated on our website at the date of purchase, subject to these Terms.

When you place your Order online you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email together with an estimated time for the Products availability.

For your records, please print and retain a hard copy of the transaction receipt that will be sent to you via email.

Far 5 Ltd has the right to cancel any sale if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

If you place your order, and for whatever reason change your mind and wish to cancel straight away, please notify us within 1 hour by email (info@far5.co.uk) or by phone, to ensure your order is not dispatched.

 

Price

Prices quoted on far5.co.uk are in UK pounds (£ Sterling). If you are ordering from outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds and Far 5 Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries and you will be solely responsible for all such costs. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify. For more information about our delivery charges click here.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Payment

Payment for your Order must be received before it is dispatched. Where an Order consists of a number of Products Far5 Limited will have no obligation to meet such Order until payment for the total amount due under the relevant Order has been received in full.
 

Please note we only accept payment in £GBP Sterling.

Orders may be processed online using a credit or debit card (currently VISA, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo and Maestro). Once Far 5 Ltd has received your purchase request we will begin to process your order. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order and it is ready to be dispatched. The due date for payment is the date that we receive your order.
If you fail to make full payment for an order on the due date for payment you shall be liable to pay interest on all sums due at a rate of 4% above the base rate from time to time of HSBC Bank PLC such interest accruing on a daily basis until payment in full is received.
 

Purchases will appear on your statement as 'FAR 5 LTD'.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.
All Order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the Order differs.

Availability
 

far5.co.uk is kept as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available. If we can't supply a Product [within 30 days] you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we have not supplied a Product you have Ordered within [30] days, you may cancel your Order and we will refund you the money you have paid.

Marketing Communications 
 

If you have used the far5.co.uk web site before or have Ordered Products from us before it is possible that we have some information already and it is being used to contact you about offers, events, items or related activities that you may find useful. If you are an existing customer we will continue to keep you informed unless you tell us not to.

If you are a new customer we will give you the choice (once you have placed an Order) whether or not you want us to contact you about future offers, events and new Products or related activities that you may find useful and to keep you informed of any changes at far5.co.uk.
We will not send you any marketing emails unless you give us your consent, or unless we have it already.

Refunds and Returns

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Size Change

When trying on the clothes you feel that the size is not right, we will change it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us at the postal address above within 14 days of receipt.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights. Please email us first (at info@far5.co.uk)

Unwanted Products

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 14 days of posting by us of the Order to you, with the despatch note, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P). Please note - it is the responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the product(s) during this period, and to return them in a new and unused state.

We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days of the cancellation and you will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
No refund will be made in respect of Returned items which are not in a new and unused condition when received by us, or which are received after the period of 14 days of the posting of the Order by us to you, unless they are faulty

Faulty Products

We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in tip top condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us at the postal address below within 14 days of receipt.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products


Please contact us by email (at info@far5.co.uk) to inform us of your wish to return products.
We may allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return.

 

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be used on items with existing discounts or money-off offers

Promotional codes are not valid for sale items, discounted items or three for two offers.



Privacy Policy

At Far 5 we make a commitment to protect your privacy and promise only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

When you place an order, we may ask you to submit certain information and personal data to far5.co.uk (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank / credit card details). We may also record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use.

This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and may be used to:
- process your Order;
- provide you with an up to date, efficient, and reliable service;
- help fraud prevention;
- provide a more personal shopping experience.
By making an Order and submitting your data you agree to this use.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

Security Policy

Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.

Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.


Sage Pay uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits.

They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL.
So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.

Order Delivery and Dispatch

Please note that the majority of Far5 UK orders is now fufilled by Amazon UK from their warehouse and distpatch centre in Milton Keynes.  All other orders, including all oversea's orders, placed from the website are processed and dispatched from the Far5 office by the first Saturday after the order is placed.

Far 5 currently delivers to destinations worldwide via the following services:

- Delivery for orders within UK (1-5 working days depending on location)

- Delivery within the to European Union - £9.00 for first item then £5.00 for each extra item (3-12 working days depending on location)

- Delivery to the Rest of the World - £10.00 for first item then £5.00 for each extra item (5-15 working days depending on location).

 


You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.

UK orders are normally dispatched from Amazon within 1 - 2 working day(s) (Monday - Friday), subject to stock availability and security checks.
Where stock is not available from that held at Amazon dispatch centre dispatch will be by the first Saturday after the order is placed.

Oversea orders are normally dispatched from Far5 office by the first Saturday after the order is placed, subject to stock availability and security checks.
 

Orders from ourside of the UK will be sent to the billing address only.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be dispatched to the billing address rather than the delivery address.

Sometimes delivery can take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur, Far 5 Ltd will work our couriers to get your order to you asap, however we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late deliveries.

 

The delivery costs detailed are PER ITEM.

 


All orders are dispatched within 5 working days if the product(s) is available. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you know when to expect delivery of your order.

In the event of the product(s) you have ordered being temporarily out of stock, we will email you to let you know the estimated date of dispatch. At this stage, it will be possible to cancel your order if the delivery date is unsuitable.

 

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and FAR 5 LTD is not responsible for them.

 

Most orders within the UK are dispatched by Fulfilment By Amazon.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on far5.co.uk but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

 

If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your Order and we will refund the money you have paid.

Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days (within the UK), Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.

Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail Airmail usually arrive within 3-10 working days (Europe and Rest of the World), Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 25 working days can be officially classified as lost.

 

Risk and Title

All risks, damage or loss to Goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery. In the event that the Customer fails to take delivery without good reason risk in the Goods shall also be deemed to have been passed to the Customer at the time of attempted delivery. The Customer must ensure that the Goods will be stored at a dry and secure location

Notwithstanding delivery or any other provision of these Conditions, the title and ownership in the Goods shall not pass to the Customer until the Company has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the Price. Until ownership has passed the Customer shall hold the Goods on a fiduciary basis as the Company's bailee and must maintain the Goods in satisfactory condition and keep them insured on the Company's behalf

All risks, damage or loss to Goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery. In the event that the Customer fails to take delivery without good reason risk in the Goods shall also be deemed to have been passed to the Customer at the time of attempted delivery. The Customer must ensure that the Goods will be stored at a dry and secure location

 

You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us so please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to the address below.
