How to do I place an Order?
Ordering at Far5 is easy and can be done in a matter of minutes via our secure website.
We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Maestro, Visa Delta debit cards.
The correct billing address including postcode must match those for the card used otherwise the order will not be accepted.
I also sell via www.amazon.co.uk (Please be aware that due to the higher costs I incure for selling via Amazon that I do charge for delivery when selling on Amazon)
If you are having issues ordering online you can also use Amazon UK to place orders or you can contact us at info@far5.co.uk and we can arrange to take payment via PyPal's secure website.
Will my payment details be safe if I pay online?
Your safety is guaranteed because far5.co.uk uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.
After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by:
- the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"; and
- a "padlock" symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via Royal Mail 1st Class post or Royal Mail Airmail.
Orders being delivered within the UK should arrive within 1-3 days depending upon location
Orders being delivered within Europe should arrive within 3-5 working days depending upon location and customs (if not within the EU).
Orders being delivered to the Rest of the World should arrive within 5-10 working days depending upon location and customs.
How are Delivery Costs Calculated?
We charge a flat delivery fee per customer order, which means no matter how much you buy at any one time the cost of delivery will not increase.

- Next Day - £5.00 per order
- Orders being delivered within Europe - £8.00 per order
- Orders being delivered to the Rest of the World - £10.00 per order

I have a promotional code, how do I use it?
We have two types of promotional codes, either a fixed amount off or a percentage off offer. Once you have selected your items for purchase enter the promotional code into the promotional code box on the shopping basket page and either click the UPADATE button or press ENTER before proceeding to the checkout. Delivery costs are NOT included in promotional offers. If you have a code and are having issues using it please contact us at info@far5.co.uk
All promo codes in magazines and newspapers published from July 2010 are also valid on Amazon UK. Please note that delivery charges are not included in any promotional discounts
How do I exchange an item for a different size?
If you feel that the garment is not the right fit and want to exchange it for another size then please contact us by email (info@far5.co.uk) within 14 days of receipt and send the item back via Royal Mail recorded delivery (please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs) and we will send you the size requested at no cost to you.
How do I return items?
We offer a "No Quibble" Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund or replacement.
Unwanted Goods
If you return the product (in pristine condition) within 14 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you the price you paid for the item(s). All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by email (at info@far5.co.uk) to inform us of your wish to return the goods.
Faulty Goods
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email (at info@far5.co.uk) to inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded). Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
Note to customers using Safari web browser:
There is an issue with selecting sizes and colours when using Safari, when you have selected your size and colour and go to the check out page the order reverts back to the default size and colour. This is an issue with the cache settings on Safari.
In the interim please use either Internet Explorer or Firefox or state the required colour and size you require in the special instruction box on the order page
I apologies for the inconvenience this may cause. When I had the site made it was designed for Internet Explorer and Firefox and was thoroughly tested on an earlier version of Safari and it is the later versions that this is happening on and unfortunately to fix it will take a bit of time to fix as the web developers I am using have to rewrite the alot of the code for the site.
Note for Windows NT, there are photo loading issues for some browsers running on Windows NT which the site developers are working on to resolve.

Note Regarding shirts containing Elastane:
Some of our shirts contain elastane. This allows the fabric some extra give, and when washed MAY cause the shirt to shrink slightly on the first wash only, after that it will be fine. This is normal for all garments containing elastane / Lycra. If in doubt, please go up a size to compensate.
